TDRS caboose gets paint

In preparation to house the TDRS Museum on an interim basis, the caboose receives a fresh coat of paint. To represent the heritage of the caboose, it is painted the prototypical Southern Pacific colors. The striking two tone paint scheme brings the SP caboose to the look it had back when trains had cabooses. Many thanks to Steve Disbrow, Ron Mason, Don Colclough, Ed Geiger, and Don Davis for all the hard work!

1st pricture below: Old paint on the TDRS caboose.

Remaining below: New paint job reflecting the standard SP colors. Note the bay window edges as well as the ends have the orange coloring.
